Beach Body- Sexy Booty and Flat Stomach

Summer is coming and in one month body improvement is possible. Yup. Lose 5 kgs (11 lbs), drop your jean size and the most important is to look amazing in the beach with new bikini.

  1. First and the most important thing is to be hydrated. Drink 2 lt (67 oz) of water every day. Drink water helps you to lose weight, improve your metabolism and also give a shine to your skin.
  2. To eat 6 times a day with little portions. 3 of them are main meals and 3 of them just snacks. (You can find breakfast and snack ideas on my blog)
  3. 70% is what you eat but there is still 30% is working out. At least 30 min a day brisk walk. Dancing, yoga, pilates, cycling, running, jogging or any other possibilities are even better.
  4. Sleep 8 hours every night.
  5. In the morning drink lemon water. Squeeze half lemon into 2 cups of water. Drink before breakfast. It'll improve your metabolism for all day long.
  6. Do exercises every day at home like;
    • Squat
    • Plank
    • Side plank
    • Bridge
    • Lunge
    • Leg raise
    • Crunch
    • Sit up

  8. Don't quit! Its not a bad thing to eat something you want for once but don't continue to eat bad.
  9. Sometimes numbers are not important. Gaining muscles and losing fat may cause to no difference on numbers but on your body. Measure your breast-waist-butt.
  10. Take before and after pictures.
