Coctail Time

After I spend my last two days in docs office or sleeping at home because of the drugs they gave me I think its a good time for a drink. Even if I'm using antibiotics you go for it and I'll join later.

Frozen Strawberry Daiquiri (4-6 cups)

  • 1 cup white rum
  • 3 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and roughly chopped
  • 1/4 cup lime juice, freshly squeezed
  • Ice cubes, as needed*

In a blender combine the rum, strawberries, fresh squeezed lime juice and one cup of ice. Mix all the items until evenly blend.

*Depending how thick you want your frozen daiquiri you can add as much or as little ice as you want . Start with one cup. Then if you prefer it a little more slushy add more ice, a 1/2 cup at a time.
I didn't try it out yet but I think it would be pretty good if you froze them as ice cream and eat just a little idea to try.

Natural Spa Treatment

Hello, after a long time I want again to share a beauty tip I use. I really love natural oils and treatments.  Natural oils are good for your body because different types of them helps with different problems and they don't contain chemicals and never hurt your skin. I also love bathtub and everyone who has it at their house should take advantage of it. You can take once a week, 15-30 min sessions for beauty and health. Fill it up with warm water add handful sea salt, 10 drops of natural oils and four to five tablespoons of baking soda.

Baking soda detoxify and alkalize your body. It is natural, safe and inexpensiveYou can also detox your body from alcohol, caffeine, nicotine and medications. Its a good substitute for other products because it doesn't contain any chemicals and doesn't leave residues in the bath tub. Also it makes bath water alkaline and leaves the skin feeling silky.

Ylang ylang or jasmine oil are good for uplift your mood while soothing your body, it also helps to dry skin.
Lavender oil is best known for calming down. Its good for relaxation and insomnia also helps to irritated skin.
For relaxing bath you can use sandalwood, neroli, rose, yang yang, jasmine or lavender.
For soothing skin try; roman or german chamomile, lavender, patchouli.

You can find more oil information on my blog or ask me directly.

I love to mix different oils and salts and create a new mix every time. So just find what fits to you and mix it up.

Ciao! I'm in Italy for last few days and having really lovely days...  I'm going to a Fashion PR course in IED, florence.  I came to florence 6 years ago but I realize I didn't really check anything out.  This city is like an open museum.  Every part is beautiful by itself and make me fall in love every second.  Here some pictures from my amazing trip.
