Natural Spa Treatment

Hello, after a long time I want again to share a beauty tip I use. I really love natural oils and treatments.  Natural oils are good for your body because different types of them helps with different problems and they don't contain chemicals and never hurt your skin. I also love bathtub and everyone who has it at their house should take advantage of it. You can take once a week, 15-30 min sessions for beauty and health. Fill it up with warm water add handful sea salt, 10 drops of natural oils and four to five tablespoons of baking soda. 

Baking soda detoxify and alkalize your body. It is natural, safe and inexpensiveYou can also detox your body from alcohol, caffeine, nicotine and medications. Its a good substitute for other products because it doesn't contain any chemicals and doesn't leave residues in the bath tub. Also it makes bath water alkaline and leaves the skin feeling silky.

Ylang ylang or jasmine oil are good for uplift your mood while soothing your body, it also helps to dry skin.
Lavender oil is best known for calming down. Its good for relaxation and insomnia also helps to irritated skin.
For relaxing bath you can use sandalwood, neroli, rose, yang yang, jasmine or lavender.
For soothing skin try; roman or german chamomile, lavender, patchouli.
