SPRING IS COMING; TO OUR LEGS

Step 1: Exfoliate
There are tons of products out there such as; coffee scrub, peeling products or dry brushing...
Step 2: Get rid of the hair
I would prefer waxing; but it whatever you choose. I personally hate shaving.

St. Tropez products are good. I also used Dior Bronze Auto-Bronzant.
Step 4: Pedicure
I normally prefer dark colors (like my nails but even more). Normally I have every day maroon on my toe nails.
Step 5: Work out
25 squats
10 lunges per leg
30 calf raises
30 second wall sit

To Start the Day Right: Yummy Smoothie
It's too easy to make so if you're lazy as me smoothie would be the best option especially in the morning when you're not awake really.... Its also healthy and yummy at the same time.
BANANA BERRY SMOOTHIE
- 1 large banana
- 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
- 2 teaspoons wheatgerm
- 1/2 cup low-fat milk
- 1/2 cup low-fat strawberry yoghurt
- 2 teaspoons honey
Directions:
- Put all the ingredients in a mixer. Blend until smooth. Divide for 2. Ready :)

Natural Spa Treatment
Hello, after a long time I want again to share a beauty tip I use. I really love natural oils and treatments. Natural oils are good for your body because different types of them helps with different problems and they don't contain chemicals and never hurt your skin. I also love bathtub and everyone who has it at their house should take advantage of it. You can take once a week, 15-30 min sessions for beauty and health. Fill it up with warm water add handful sea salt, 10 drops of natural oils and four to five tablespoons of baking soda.

Ylang ylang or jasmine oil are good for uplift your mood while soothing your body, it also helps to dry skin.
Lavender oil is best known for calming down. Its good for relaxation and insomnia also helps to irritated skin.
For relaxing bath you can use sandalwood, neroli, rose, yang yang, jasmine or lavender.
For soothing skin try; roman or german chamomile, lavender, patchouli.

I love to mix different oils and salts and create a new mix every time. So just find what fits to you and mix it up.

Starting Again
Unfortunately for last 2-3 weeks, I was not really motivated and was going to gym only once or twice per week. I ate some bad food and drink some alcohol but still keep my weight... At least I didn't gain any.
Today I started again after get some motivation from my education news. Hopefully this summer I'm going to Italy for month and get an exam at the college I want for art major. Then I went to running, do cold water therapy, put lotion on and drinking a fit tea. My first goal date is 2 weeks from today 6th of June as my graduation date -also 1st year anniversary with dom-. As a before picture I took one after gym.

Monday Badday
Finally i'm getting to an end of high school. Its literally my last days and I don't know how to describe how happy I am. Both because I'm done with annoying people and all those meaningless classes that I'm not good at it. Hopefully in couple months I'm gonna be studying communication major also maybe a english literature minor. Oh god I feel like total nerd for first time and I'm happy about it.
At the same time I continue to work out. I did something I cannot believe. I run. I really run more than 2 minutes without dying. Normally I cannot even breathe after first minute and I run like 8 minutes what up?! I walk after that too tho, like total 25 minutes plus exercises like squat, push up, sit up...
I'm really happy that summer is coming, I'm losing weight and almost done with high school. I really wanna travel, sun tan, dance and drink tasty cocktails all summer. I feel like total lazy cat.
And mondays are suck, so here is a motivation picture for you.

Beach Body- Sexy Booty and Flat Stomach
Summer is coming and in one month body improvement is possible. Yup. Lose 5 kgs (11 lbs), drop your jean size and the most important is to look amazing in the beach with new bikini.
- First and the most important thing is to be hydrated. Drink 2 lt (67 oz) of water every day. Drink water helps you to lose weight, improve your metabolism and also give a shine to your skin.
- To eat 6 times a day with little portions. 3 of them are main meals and 3 of them just snacks. (You can find breakfast and snack ideas on my blog)
- 70% is what you eat but there is still 30% is working out. At least 30 min a day brisk walk. Dancing, yoga, pilates, cycling, running, jogging or any other possibilities are even better.
- Sleep 8 hours every night.
- In the morning drink lemon water. Squeeze half lemon into 2 cups of water. Drink before breakfast. It'll improve your metabolism for all day long.
- Do exercises every day at home like;
- Squat
- Plank
- Side plank
- Bridge
- Lunge
- Leg raise
- Crunch
- Sit up
- Don't quit! Its not a bad thing to eat something you want for once but don't continue to eat bad.
- Sometimes numbers are not important. Gaining muscles and losing fat may cause to no difference on numbers but on your body. Measure your breast-waist-butt.
- Take before and after pictures.

Motivation Monday
Mondays are always hard for me. Today i went to school, afterwards went to exam and feeling so tires. I get annoyed by stupid people and all high school drama, feeling happy that its gonna be over soon. After all these I need some motivation to take my ass up to do some squats.
I just los 14 lbs last month but trying harder for more...

Body Improvement
Today i did a good start and now i'm doing 3, 30 day challenges that pictures below and also cabbage soup diet. I'm walking every day 30 min in a good pace. Hopefully I'll see the difference asap. I drink everyday 2 liters of water (9 cups) and no soft drinks. I don't cut the alcohol all the way, but no more than once a week. Most important one is I keep my motivation up. Easy and Delicious Chicken
Hello sweeties so I have a delicious chicken recipe for you. It contains tons of proteins, its healthy and still so delicious!!!
Easy Grilled Chicken Recipe
Ingredients:
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- 1 cup fat free Italian-style dressing
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 zucchini
Directions:
- Place washed chicken breasts in large sealable bag. Add 1 cup fat-free Italian dressing and close. Let marinate for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Cut up peppers into big chunks, and zucchini into big slices. Put into another sealable bag. Coat with leftover dressing.
- Grill chicken and veggies over medium heat.
