Today i did a good start and now i'm doing 3, 30 day challenges that pictures below and also cabbage soup diet. I'm walking every day 30 min in a good pace. Hopefully I'll see the difference asap. I drink everyday 2 liters of water (9 cups) and no soft drinks. I don't cut the alcohol all the way, but no more than once a week. Most important one is I keep my motivation up.
