Summer is coming and in one month body improvement is possible. Yup. Lose 5 kgs (11 lbs), drop your jean size and the most important is to look amazing in the beach with new bikini.
- First and the most important thing is to be hydrated. Drink 2 lt (67 oz) of water every day. Drink water helps you to lose weight, improve your metabolism and also give a shine to your skin.
- To eat 6 times a day with little portions. 3 of them are main meals and 3 of them just snacks. (You can find breakfast and snack ideas on my blog)
- 70% is what you eat but there is still 30% is working out. At least 30 min a day brisk walk. Dancing, yoga, pilates, cycling, running, jogging or any other possibilities are even better.
- Sleep 8 hours every night.
- In the morning drink lemon water. Squeeze half lemon into 2 cups of water. Drink before breakfast. It'll improve your metabolism for all day long.
- Do exercises every day at home like;
- Squat
- Plank
- Side plank
- Bridge
- Lunge
- Leg raise
- Crunch
- Sit up
- Don't quit! Its not a bad thing to eat something you want for once but don't continue to eat bad.
- Sometimes numbers are not important. Gaining muscles and losing fat may cause to no difference on numbers but on your body. Measure your breast-waist-butt.
- Take before and after pictures.
