New Email From Italy
I got this email and it made my day or my week... Its going to be good to leave Istanbul and have a month in Italy. Sounds already perfect. So exited for this summer :)

For lipsticks I normally prefer Chanel especially for red and maroon colors. For eyeliner my fave is MAC. I really love VS makeup, I love that they use natural colors and add sparkles. As mascara i use ones that make my eyelashes even longer. For my nails I normally just use dark colors but lately I start to like more colors, as this baby blue, or my fave from new year party golden. Basically I don't use a lot of colors. For my eye makeup I use black, and sometimes add natural colors with eye shadow. I cannot really use a lot of lipsticks so I always carry lip balms and use them.

Starting Again
Unfortunately for last 2-3 weeks, I was not really motivated and was going to gym only once or twice per week. I ate some bad food and drink some alcohol but still keep my weight... At least I didn't gain any.
Today I started again after get some motivation from my education news. Hopefully this summer I'm going to Italy for month and get an exam at the college I want for art major. Then I went to running, do cold water therapy, put lotion on and drinking a fit tea. My first goal date is 2 weeks from today 6th of June as my graduation date -also 1st year anniversary with dom-. As a before picture I took one after gym.

For people that don't know, this is Ataturk. He is the founder of Turkey. Today is our national holiday to remember him. He is the reason why we have democracy in my country. After the fall of Ottoman Empire, we were in horrible condition. Thanks to him, we became stronger than before. For example women gain their rights, we became a secular country and many more freedoms.
We remember him everyday and know that he is the reason we're free...

Full Coverage Makeup Before and After
I usually just use eyeliner, blush and mascara for makeup and its my everyday makeup. I never have bad skin so never learn how to really use face coverage as foundation, concealer etc... Today I try a little full coverage makeup and my before after pictures kind of make me sad. I have black under eyes and look few ages younger... Still I don't care really so I can share. I wash my face every time before doing makeup. To do makeup on clean face is easier, healthier also it'll look better. Also this time I use primer.

My First Picnic Date
Yesterday with Dominic we went one of the Prince Island that called "Heybeli Ada". Prince island are a chain of nine islands off the coast of Istanbul, Turkey, in the Sea of Marmara. The panorama was amazing , the weather was perfect and we had great time. We walked for long time and then have picnic with the food i prepared. Then we walked all the way to top and omg, that panorama...
Picnic Menu
Sandwiches:
First one, cheddar cheese, salami and cucumber.
Second one, nutella and peanut butter.
Salad:
Carrot salad with dressing. As dressing I just used lemon juice, olive oil and salt.
Dessert:
Apple and peanut butter.
2 snickers.
Also we had a huge packet of peanuts :)
We forgot to take a blanket so we bought one, thats a important part of picnics... We had my laptop and listen music from that, also I bring cards, and one another game... But I love picnics now. It was so fun and after this crowded city life it feels so good to be in an island. It make me miss Wayne, NE. I was there for my exchange year. Population was 5600 and I was not happy about it last year. This year I'm back at home. Istanbul have 14 million of population and I really wanna go back sometimes for a weekend... At the end I'm def a city person tho.

Monday Badday
Finally i'm getting to an end of high school. Its literally my last days and I don't know how to describe how happy I am. Both because I'm done with annoying people and all those meaningless classes that I'm not good at it. Hopefully in couple months I'm gonna be studying communication major also maybe a english literature minor. Oh god I feel like total nerd for first time and I'm happy about it.
At the same time I continue to work out. I did something I cannot believe. I run. I really run more than 2 minutes without dying. Normally I cannot even breathe after first minute and I run like 8 minutes what up?! I walk after that too tho, like total 25 minutes plus exercises like squat, push up, sit up...
I'm really happy that summer is coming, I'm losing weight and almost done with high school. I really wanna travel, sun tan, dance and drink tasty cocktails all summer. I feel like total lazy cat.
And mondays are suck, so here is a motivation picture for you.

Beach Body- Sexy Booty and Flat Stomach
Summer is coming and in one month body improvement is possible. Yup. Lose 5 kgs (11 lbs), drop your jean size and the most important is to look amazing in the beach with new bikini.
- First and the most important thing is to be hydrated. Drink 2 lt (67 oz) of water every day. Drink water helps you to lose weight, improve your metabolism and also give a shine to your skin.
- To eat 6 times a day with little portions. 3 of them are main meals and 3 of them just snacks. (You can find breakfast and snack ideas on my blog)
- 70% is what you eat but there is still 30% is working out. At least 30 min a day brisk walk. Dancing, yoga, pilates, cycling, running, jogging or any other possibilities are even better.
- Sleep 8 hours every night.
- In the morning drink lemon water. Squeeze half lemon into 2 cups of water. Drink before breakfast. It'll improve your metabolism for all day long.
- Do exercises every day at home like;
- Squat
- Plank
- Side plank
- Bridge
- Lunge
- Leg raise
- Crunch
- Sit up
- Don't quit! Its not a bad thing to eat something you want for once but don't continue to eat bad.
- Sometimes numbers are not important. Gaining muscles and losing fat may cause to no difference on numbers but on your body. Measure your breast-waist-butt.
- Take before and after pictures.

7 Years Old Amy Winehouse
OMG!!! So amazing, she is like reborn Amy Winehouse, for the records I love Amy Winehouse and her voice. She is just 7 and she have this amazing talent. Watch her to adore!
