Motivation Monday
Mondays are always hard for me. Today i went to school, afterwards went to exam and feeling so tires. I get annoyed by stupid people and all high school drama, feeling happy that its gonna be over soon. After all these I need some motivation to take my ass up to do some squats.
I just los 14 lbs last month but trying harder for more...

Hello
No posts for long time.. I'm really sorry but I was really busy lately, with school, college exam and losing weight. Until today in one month i lost total 14 lbs- 6.5 kg, and feeling so much better. I can fit into my jeans and dress that I cannot before. I'm really exited for college so I daydream more than study but hopefully this summer I'll be skinny high school graduate that apply for college in communication major.
I also check some prom hair styles and dresses... So far I found some that I share below... xoxo

Body Improvement
Today i did a good start and now i'm doing 3, 30 day challenges that pictures below and also cabbage soup diet. I'm walking every day 30 min in a good pace. Hopefully I'll see the difference asap. I drink everyday 2 liters of water (9 cups) and no soft drinks. I don't cut the alcohol all the way, but no more than once a week. Most important one is I keep my motivation up. Easy and Delicious Chicken
Hello sweeties so I have a delicious chicken recipe for you. It contains tons of proteins, its healthy and still so delicious!!!
Easy Grilled Chicken Recipe
Ingredients:
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- 1 cup fat free Italian-style dressing
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 zucchini
Directions:
- Place washed chicken breasts in large sealable bag. Add 1 cup fat-free Italian dressing and close. Let marinate for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Cut up peppers into big chunks, and zucchini into big slices. Put into another sealable bag. Coat with leftover dressing.
- Grill chicken and veggies over medium heat.

Week Beauty Starter
Hello cuties! As you know I love face mask, especially diy ones because they're super easy and also I know whats in my mask... To begin the week give yourself a little break and try it out this mask.
!!! With ANY scrubs or masks, test it in a small area first to make sure you are not sensitive to it. If your skin turns red, rinse the area with soap and warm water !!!
Moisturizing Avocado Face Mask
Ingredients
1 Avocado
1 Egg White (room temperature)
1 Tsp Lemon Juice
Direction
Mix the ingredients together well. You can use the whisk to whip it if you don’t want clumps. Scoop one tablespoon at a time and apply evenly on clean face, avoiding the eyes.

Healthy Breakfast Ideas
Hello cutiepies,
I have easy, delicious and also healthy recipes for breakfast. To be healthy is not that hard and to look good is possible with eating good. Eating breakfast is really important and one key to lose weight, or keep your weight, to be healthy. There are lots of benefits of having a (healthy) breakfast:
- Eat breakfast to lose weight
- Helps lower the bad cholesterol
- Allow you to properly portion your meals
- Keeps you from over eating all day
- Metabolism booth
- Breakfast help reduce morning crankiness
- Sharper focus
- Energy boost to start a day
Smoothies
Strawberry-Yogurt Smoothie:
Ingredients:
- 1 quart (4 cups) ripe strawberries
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 4 thin orange slices (optional)
Directions:
- Hull all but 4 of the strawberries. Add the hulled strawberries to a food processor or blender. Add the yogurt, orange juice, and sugar. Process on the highest speed until a well-blended puree forms, about 15 seconds, stopping to scrape down the sides of the container once or twice. Taste the mixture and sweeten with more sugar, if you wish.
- Pour into tall glasses. Slit the 4 whole strawberries and the orange slices halfway through to the centers. Attach 1 strawberry and 1 orange slice, if using, to the rim of each glass before serving.
Berry-Flaxseed Smoothie:
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons whole flaxseeds
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt
- 1 cup unsweetened frozen mixed berries or blueberries
- 1 small banana, sliced
Directions:
- Place the flaxseeds in dry blender, cover, and blend until ground into a fine powder. Add the orange juice, yogurt, mixed berries (or blueberries), and banana. Cover and blend until smooth and creamy.
Mango Smoothie:
Ingredients:
- 8 pieces frozen mango
- ½ cup coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
Directions:
- Place 8 pieces frozen mango (about ¾ cup) and ½ cup So Delicious coconut milk into a blender.
- Blend until smooth. Then add 1 tablespoon chia seeds and pulse just a few times to combine.
Breakfast Donut
Get a plain donut that 280 calories. You can eat nuts or peanut butter with it and a low fat chocolate milk. It’ll be a good protein breakfast and keep you full for a good amount of time.
Morning Pizza
2 slice of crusty bread with low fat cheese and tomatoes on it you can add little bit of olive oil if you want.
Energy Bars
This is another option. Energy bars contains proteins and fibers. You can drink low fat milk with it.
Cereal or Oatmeal
You can put these into a to-go container and save from time too. Use low fat milk or yogurt, add some nuts and fresh berries.
Strawberry Parfait
Ingredients:
- 1 lb strawberries
- 2 cups low fat vanilla yogurt
- 6 tbsps muesli cereal
- Cut 1 lb strawberries into quarters and divide half among 4 glasses.
- Divide 1 cup low fat vanilla yogurt and 3 Tbsp muesli cereal evenly among glasses.
- Repeat with remaining berries and additional 1 cup yogurt and 3 Tbsp muesli. Top with sliced berries.

Makeup
As I say before I love powder and I use Mac Mineralize Skinfinish and Studio Fix for last 6 years but this time I bought some makeup from Sephora. I really love it. I bought the rounded powder brush xl n 49, the mineral powder and brightening&hydrating foundation. I also love Sephora eye makeup and lipsticks.

1st of April
Hello. I'm really feeling tired a lot, and its just Tuesday. Hopefully, this year I can finish high school at age 20. I need to study a lot, do presentations and some other things... Also, studying for Turkish college exam is a pain in the butt. We need to memorize everything and hope to remember all of it in 2 hours... Like my history exam in June will be from 2000 years, yay. I like history and literature as my fave classes, but still feeling extremely tired lately.
Anyway I'm also trying to lose weight. I lost 10 lbs in 2 weeks, but it stopped. Everyone says its just a break and it'll continue soon. I'm doing a 30 day ab and squat challenge and rn I'm on day 16, completed. I'm also doing cardio 3 times a week.
I don't have any specific topic for today sorry :( But I do have a new tonic that I love. I found it in my grandma's bathroom closet. Its called "DDF Aloe Toning Complex". It's so refreshing and feels really good afterwards. I don't really know where you can find it ,but I believe it's from Germany.
I did a little makeup shopping lately, so hopefully tomorrow I'll have a post about it.
