HEALTHIEST FOODS -and also yummy


Diet is really important for our skin, our body, our mind so basically for health and beauty. They say health is 70% how you eat and 30% exercising. Unfortunately, there are so heavenly amazing foods that we cannot say no as brownies, fries etc... Good thing is there are a lot of healthy and delicious food too. Ima give you some of these really good foods and also some recipes to use them. You're welcome.
Kiwi: Kiwi is high in nutrients and low in calories.  Also consuming kiwis have health benefits like healthy skin tone and texture, reducing blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes and cancer.Many studies have shown that increased consumption of plant foods like kiwis decreases the risk of obesity and overall mortality.Collagen, the skins support system, is reliant on vitamin C as an essential nutrient that works in our bodies as an antioxidant to help prevent damage caused by the sun, pollution and smoke, smooth wrinkles and improve overall skin texture. The fibers that kiwis have make you feel full, so they're amazing snacks that can help to lose weight.
Green Tea: All of the teas are my fave. Green tea is one of them. Teas are really good for your skin, to lose weight and make you feel warm :) Green tea contains various bioactive compounds that can improve health. Compounds in green tea can improve brain function and make you smarter. Green tea increases fat. Burning and improves physical performance. Green tea can help you lose weight and lower your risk of becoming obese. Given that green tea can boost the metabolic rate in the short term, it makes sense that it could help you lose weightSeveral studies show that green tea leads to decreases in body fat, especially in the abdominal area. Antioxidants in green tea may lower your risk of various types of cancer. Green tea may protect your brain in old age, lowering your risk of Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’sGreen tea can kill bacteria, which improves dental health and lowers your risk of infection.  Don't drink more than 3 cups a day and if it don't taste good enough add some honey or lemon.

Yogurt: Yogurt can give you flat abs. Eat 18 ounces a day and you can drop a jeans size. Most brands of yogurt contain good-for-you bacteria. Yogurt is loaded with vitamins. A cup of yogurt a day can help you recover faster after a workout. Yogurt may prevent high blood pressure. A daily serving of yogurt keeps colds away. Yogurt is a high-protein food. Yogurt May Help You Feel Fuller. You can add fresh berries or honey to make it taste awesome.

Broccoli: Okay I know this is not really most delicious food or even taste good but I have some good recipes lower to make it good and broccoli have a lot of health benefits. It contains tons of vitamins, minerals, potassium, calcium, etc... Broccoli stands out as the most concentrated source of vitamin C also its a powerful antioxidant nutrient. Broccoli is a good carb and is high in fiber, which aids in digestion, prevents constipation, maintains low blood sugar so it helps you to lose weightBroccoli contains high levels of both calcium and vitamin K, both of which are important for bone health. Like many whole foods, broccoli is packed with soluble fiber that draws cholesterol out of your body. Even if its not the yummiest food, its one food that everyone should have in their diet with this much benefits.

Apple: Oh apples are already so tasty and also have a lot of benefits yay. It helps you to have whiter and healthier teeth. A new study performed on mice, shows that drinking apple juice could keep Alzheimer's and Parkinson's away and fight the effects of aging on the brain. Decrease your risk of diabetes and reduce cholesterol. Its detoxifies your liver from toxins. Boost your immune system. I love to eat apple and I have a really easy tip that make them even taste better. I shred apple and then put cinnamon on it, it an awesome dessert in low calories.

Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 2 (10 ounce) packages chopped frozen broccoli,
  • 1 cup chopped onion,
  • 1 (8 ounce) package shredded cheddar cheese,
  • 1 cup mayonnaise,
  • 1 can mushroom soup,
  • 2 eggs
  • In a medium sauce pan, cook broccoli and onion until tender, drain.
  • In large bowl add remaining ingredients.
  • Add broccoli and onion.
  • Mix well.
  • Put in a 13×9 baking dish.
  • Bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes .

Kiwi Smoothie
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup cubed pineapple
  • 1 kiwi
  • 5-6 mint leaves
  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • 3 ice cubes

Directions:
  • Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

BEST OF SPRING 2014


Oh yes!!! How amazing is this outfit? So perfect, I love it so much! Dress shirts are so in this season, also they're lovely, fancy, and sexy at same time and this skirt... Mini and sexy, long and dramatically lovely. My fave combination of the season! I'm totally in love. Models hair and that head band adds a ethnic style to this combination. Her makeup is so good to this outfit, its natural and just enough. This is from Valentino, Paris Fashion Week Spring 2014.

A MAGICAL BEAUTY BATH

Yesterday after my college exam I already talked about my night below but what happened right afterwards? I had an amazing milk bath. I add 1 cup of milk and a lot of Avon strawberry bubbles. Its so relaxing and good for skiing to have bath once a week and I put on my relaxing playlist too :) Its the perfect combination and you're welcome I'm giving you my playlist. Oh lovely!!! A NIGHT OUT


Hello everyone, I'm sorry for not posting yesterday but the thing is I had my college exam and after some family meeting and finally at the end "A NIGHT OUT"!!! Finally.. NEW BEAUTY FACE MASK

Hello. Why do I look like a ghost? One reason, this amazing mask :) Before the new week its time to get beautiful and take care of my skin, so I tried this mask that I love it. Its "Shiseido The Skincare -purifying mask" . I forget to take before picture -really sorry- thats why Ima give you my mask picture for apology and also after picture. I don't have any make up on in the after picture. I think this mask make my face really clean and moisturized. Its just take 5 minutes. You should give it a try.

HEALTHY SNACKS

Hello sweathears,
Lately I'm losing weight and actually I lost 10 lbs in couple weeks. I hope I can lose some more but lately searching a lot about it and become obsessed with fit motivation. I started to go to gym at least 4 time to gym also everyday I'm doing strong and flexibility exercises. But they say 70% is what you eat. Some people, also me in the past, try not to eat anything to lose weight and its dumbest thing to do, so don't do it. Food is good, food is new black. EAT! But main thing is "what", we need to eat 6 times, 3 meals and 3 snack. So I decide to give you some "healthy snacks" ideas and they're yummy :)


1- 1 hand full of nuts
2- Plain popcorn; no salt or sugar
3- 1 bowl of salad; no dressing but you can add olive oil, salt and lemon juice
4- Pineapple; juice of it is able to burn fat ;)
5- 1 egg omelette
6- Tomato; you can put olive oil, salt and lemon juice
7- Radish; you can put olive oil, salt and lemon juice
8- Starbucks Tall Skinny Latte; oh yum!
9- Banana; especially eat after working out
10- Oat meal with non fat fruit yoghurt and plain milk
11- Hummus and carrot; ask for me for the recipe if you need it
12- Strawberry
13- 2 white of eggs and bread
14- 1 piece of dark chocolate
15- Soy chips
16- Frozen juice bars
17- Yogurt with berries
18- Apple and peanut butter
19- Edamame
20- Fiber foods (Fiber One)

I also have some drinks:
1- Fresh apple juice: juice of 3 apple, 5 cup water; mix in the blender. You can add sugar but it'll raise the calories so don't exaggerate it!
2- Almond milk
3- Green tea

4- Fresh spinach, 1 banana, 1/2 cup of water and half apple; mix all in the blender and you'll have a delicious smoothie
5- Raspberry & Banana smoothie:
Ingredients:
  • 2/3 cup Low Fat Natural Yoghurt
  • 1 cup low fat milk
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tbsp. natural bran
  • 1 tbsp. honey
 Place all the ingredients into a blander and mix it until it get smooth.

FIT MOTIVATION


SO LATELY I BECAME SO MOTIVATED WITH WORKING OUT AND EATING HEALTHY. I LOST 10 LBS AND CONTINUING WITH THESE KIND OF GOALS. I HOPE IT WILL HELP EVERYONE :)

My Make-up

So some people ask me what I use for my make-up. I want to list my cosmetics, so you can check them out. Some of them are from USA, some of them are from international brands, so i think you can find it all.

I do not use a lot of foundation, but when I need I use CC cream Clinique or Olay. They're not to strong, so it doesn't feel too heavy. 
As a powder - I love powder- I use MAC for all my life. I'm really satisfied with MAC powders. The one I use is Medium-Dark Mineralize Skinfinish Natural. I just use powder and my face look good.  I love MAC's powder. You should just give it a try. Some days 
I don't really use concealer either cus my face don't have a lot of pimples, but when I do I have one Neutregena that I use. 2 years ago I bought it from a groceries in NY and it works the best for breakouts. 

My fave is blush, always. I have two right now. One is MAC Ripe Peach Blush Ombre.  I don't know really if they do  still have it, but when you go to store they'll give similar stuff. The second one is Clinique's Peach-in-a-Pinch. I love peach color blush :) I really love some pink on my cheeks.Also, I read somewhere that pink cheeks makes you more attractive.

Next one is EYE MAKEUP! Yay! My most fave. I have 2 styles basically; brown and grey. I have brown eyes by the way. 
For brown I have an eye shadow trio of Victoria's Secret and its just so good, I have to use it ! It's called Shadow Trio Ombre Most Wanted. It has 3 colors; tan, light brown and dark brown. For day time, I just use tan to make it more brown.
For grey I have MAC scene satin eye shadow, its really has good texture, its so soft. 
I almost always use the eyeliner with 99% liquid. MAC Rapidblack Penultimate Eye Liner is my normal one. I love Maybelline Master Drama. As an eye liner I prefer black and use it both in the day and night.
For mascara I have a couple options. It depends on how big I want it. My max is Maybelline the Colossal Volum'express or Avon Infinitize. For something medium Dior Show New look.

And for last one I don't really a lipstick user, lots of time I forget actually. But I love Chanel maroon colors. I have 4-5 different shade lol. They're 40 La Sensualle, 17 Orchidee, 75 Laque -im not really sure name of this sorry. I don't know why I do have all these similar ones but its just a obsession. 

I wanted to add some pictures of my makeup but its look like I just have eyeliner in every single picture, so for now this simple picture.
