Fit motivation

Summer is coming, and I'm not really a work out type but I thought it's time. This morning I started officially working out and hopefully I won't give up. I have a schedule for 30 days. It's a 30 day challenge with running, squats and crunches, and I do some stretching and other exercises.
I found a good website that keeping is me motivated http://www.my30dc.com/site  . It helps me, so give it a try. Also, lots of people hate when they see models, and super sexy chicks, but it also give me motivation. For this I use twitter and tumblr accounts and my faves are http://befitphotos.tumblr.com and https://twitter.com/_Healthnow_ .

I really hope these help for you too. Kisses and love you all.

Spring is on the way

So hello guys, and my fave time of the year is coming, except than my birthday :) SPRING!!! Nice weather, less clothes, no school, party, pool, basically fun. But before all than this time to take care of ourselves, get prettier, lose some weight.. Our skin need to glow, hair need to grow..

I really love to use masks and peelings for myself. Because they're super easy to prepare at home and i can do it in 5 min and voila! Here i wanna give some of my recipes that i use the most.

FOR HANDS:
Mix salt, sugar, lemon juice and olive oil. Just take lil bit of all and rub to your hands wait for 5 minutes and wash. I promise your hands will be softs as unicorns.

I really love to use natural oils, they're all natural, cheap and super good for your skin and hair.

There are 4 basic skin types for face as; dull, acne, dry or oily and different types needs different care.
1- For dull skin:
Ingredients:
- 1/2 ounce organic apple cider vinegar
- 3 ounces mineral water
- 5 plain aspirin tablets
Directions:
Dilute 1/2 ounce organic apple cider vinegar with 4 ounces of mineral water. Crush your aspirin and add to the water/vinegar mix. Apply when feeling your skin looks dull.
2- For acne:
Ingredients:
- 4 teaspoons lemon juice
- 3 teaspoons of plain yogurt
- 4 tablespoons of honey
- 1 egg white
Directions:
Apply to your clean face, let sit for 15 minutes, rinse with warm water.
3- For dry skin:
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons real mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon baby oil
Directions:
Combine both ingredients, smooth onto your face, neck, rough elbows, and anywhere else that is feeling a bit dry. Leave on for 20 minutes and rinse.
4- For oily skin:
Ingredients:
- 1 avocado
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 egg white

Another really useful tip is coconut oil. Its something magical! I promise. Put to your hair, face, anywhere dry. Wait for couple hours and wash it off. It have a magical effect.
